Strategia Netherlands, a reputable school specializing in humani-tarian and development courses, currently faces a critical challenge. Over the past two years, the absence of an online presence has left the institution vulnerable, allowing competitors to gain a significant foothold in the market. Compounding this issue is the realization that the in-house marketing team lacks the essential skills needed to navigate the competitive landscape effectively. As a result, Strate- gia Netherlands finds itself falling behind in market share, prompting an urgent need for strategic measures to establish a robust online presence and empower the marketing team with the necessary skills to regain a competitive edge in the field.
In response to the pressing challenges faced by Strategia Netherlands and in order to position them as a leader in their field, I implemented a multifaceted approach, which included introducing a segment called ‘Opportunity Mornings.’ The objective was to build brand credibility and offer tangible value by posting fresh job listings and grant opportunities every morning. We also publish insightful blog posts on relevant industry topics to demonstrate expertise and maintain consistent audience engagement. Additionally, we estab- lished collaborations with influential figures in the humanitarian sector to leverage existing networks for increased visibility and cred- ibility. I developed content showcasing expertise in the field, estab- lishing the institution as a go-to resource for industry insights. Lastly, we conduct free webinars live-streamed on YouTube with the impact of fostering community engagement, attracting a wider audience, and building Strategia Netherlands as an expert leader
